    I live near Fort Carson near Colorado Springs and I always slip a few bucks to my local scrap metal guy for when military brass gets dropped off to be melted down. I get a call in January, "Judah, you should come down here now." I drop everything, pull up in my truck to 4 guys looking into a 55-gallon drum. NICE, I get a grip of brass, right? Wrong. An Army officer is standing there with his arms crossed sort of frowning. I peer into the barrel and see HUNDREDS of crushed Colt M16A1 lower receivers. He said they must be from Vietnam or some other conflict, but all I could do is ask how much he wanted for the barrel. Long story short, he got a down payment for a new vehicle and helped load it in my truck. The top of the barrel had nice stuff, the bottom of it just shards, but I managed to get my metal buddy some work by making these. What do you think?     I have a Colt Armalte AR-15 Model 01 available for sale. All original condition 1962 production date. Gun was owned by an NFA dealer in the state of Wisconsin up until his passing about 9 years ago. Gun has seen very little use. $30,000 asking price. Currently on a Form 4 in Wisconsin.     For sale is an early 1960s (I believe 1964) Colt factory select fire AR-15. This rifle falls late in the Model 602 serial number range but is not marked as a 602. A small number of rifles in this serial number range were not sold to the military but were produced for commercial and export purposes. This is one of those commercial rifles and as such is not marked M16. The rifle was originally configured similar to the Air Force M16 Model 604; however, the upper has been replaced with a Colt A2 carbine upper and the stock with a 2 position collapsible. The rifle is transferable and can be transferred to your dealer on an eForm 3. $22,000 plus shipping.

    Hello all, I've decided to let go a super rare Group Industries M16a1 lower from my collection. What makes this lower unique is that it's made from 17-4ph Stainless Steel. Bomb-Proof lower that will last generations. No need to worry about Kabooms with this lower..... I've run this lower extensively on many different uppers and barrel lengths. It functions flawlessly on 10.5'', 14.5''. 16'', and 20'' inch uppers both suppressed (using an SF RC556) and unsuppressed with a variety of different ammo. I've included a comparison of the difference in weight between this lower and a standard A2 configuration colt lower (both with H2 buffers)..... the GI lower is almost a pound heavier due to being steel. Very few of these GI steel lowers exist. This is one lower that will outlast you... This isn't my first time selling a FA lower on here so please ask me for references as I'll be happy to provide them. I'm also on GB and I'll be happy to provide buyer ratings/reviews on there as well. I'm the actual owner of this lower and it's on a form 4 in Ann Arbor Michigan.     This is a transferable registered receiver M16. Bushmaster/BFI in Maine obtained EA J15 aluminum receivers from Essential Arms in Louisiana in the 80s and machined and registered them as select fire registered receiver M16s back when Bushmaster was making their own Gwinn Bushamster steel sheetmetal semi and select fire guns of their own design. It is very nicely milled and drilled by Bushmaster in the 80s even if the stamping of their name and address wasn't the prettiest. The pin holes are nice and tight, it was fired very, very little back in the 80s and just sat in the safe for 30 years. The gun has been here in Texas on a Form 3 for over 30 years but no longer have a FFL so it will transfer on a Form 4. The price is $18K SOLD.
