  2. As pictured, one (1) original box containing twenty-five (25) unfired M3 ignition cartridges for the 81mm mortar. The box is unopened but has separated along the sides (see pictures). This allowed the ability to withdraw a cartridge for photography purposes. The sealing papers at the top and bottom of the box remain intact. Made by Winchester Repeating Arms ("WRA" headstamp) Company, New Haven, Conn. Repacked at Picatinny Arsenal November 1946. Box is set in plastic wrap to hold and protect the shape of the box. Truly a rare opportunity for mortar or cartridge collectors. $150. Helping a close, personal friend part with these cartridges.
