The upper weaver rail allows various scope rings / scopes and All red dot sights (EOTech .. Aimpoint .. Holosun etc.) to be used on your MAS. Quick and Easy on and off with an adjustable tension locking lever ... allowing snug lockup to the receiver. The mount shows very slight wear ... ready to mount optics to your rifle. . This scope mount places the scope directly over the bore ....... Iron sights can be used with scope mount on your rifle..... In fact ...... if your Irons sights are " dead on " ...... place this mount with the scope of your choice on your rifle... Place on target looking thru your iron sights ..... do NOT move rifle ..... now adjust your reticule on to the target. Now ....both your Iron Sights AND Scope are closely aligned to the target.
