I'm thinking it's an early L4A1 flash hider. Any experts out there that can confirm?

Can anyone help identify the flash hider, (A) in the pictures? Comparing it to a known L4 flash hider, (B). The bore diameter of (A) is slightly smaller than (B) and is more like an FN-MAG or L1A1 profile. Is (A) an early or late model L4 flash hider or something else entirely? South African maybe? Thanks, but that manual is for the MK3. The Mk2 is slightly different with a fixed barrel. Any idea where I can find a Mk2 manual?

Newbie to the Ultimax 100 Mk2, (fixed barrel) and have two questions... 1) How do you remove/clean the gas piston? Does it require removal of the gas block? 2) How do you remove the barrel? Gas block removal and unscrew form barrel extension? There's a small set screw at the breech end near the bottom of the barrel extension.. I assume this prevents rotation and removal?
