  1. Lastest update : Factory 18C's are. a bitch to find and transfer in. Glock won't transfer new 18C's except directly to L.E. Agency. Interested to hear if anyone has had actual different experience.
  2. PM12s 32 round mags are a bit pricey since they don't seem to get imported as in past years. European countries that have adopted the M12 and PM12S seem less compelled to export mags to U.S. as opposed to scrap them. Same has been the situation with Walther MPK/ MPL mags; additionally there are no "after market" manufacturers like there are for the MP5 and UZI. 40 round mags that were originally used in Beretta SMGs since WW2 are a little more reasonable, and they work great in the M12. AR70 mags will continue to become more scarce and more expensive. Limited importation in the past for the pre-ban (1989) semi auto AR-70's, and L.E. mags from pre and post samples not getting to the civilian market in significant quantities, if at all. Once supplies are exhausted, price will become seller's option, I.M.H.O.
  3. How about a .22LR belt fed? Lakeside Armory made uppers for the M-16 and they are a blast to shoot! LM-7 and Razorback I think were the models. I recall you needed to lighten the hammer spring on the M-16 lower for reliability, but once done correctly, they were totally reliable until you accumulated enough powder residue to affect the action. No retinal detachment for sure! Watch the shooter's head in YouTube videos when firing M60's from prone position. Not something I would recommend doing! Same for PKM. Best shot from a tripod or butt stock under the arm,
  4. As for the original post on what to buy, I'd highly recommend shooting it before buying it. I've owned several originals that have performed flawlessly, and a number of others that never came close. Just my experience.
  5. Could you please update your listing and advise what is still available? Is the Galil an Action Arms import? Thanks!
  6. Didn't see a MP5K in your pictures. Please advise which guns/sears are still available as well as prices. Thanks!

    WTB: M60

If you can own a Post Sample, I've got a N.I.B. U.S. Ordnance M60E4/6. Never will be a museum piece, but would make a great shooter/ range and demo gun. Probably half of what a really beat up/ shot out transferable would cost you. Plus it is the latest and greatest (M60 that is)!

There is also one coming up in the James Julia Spring Auction.

I'd offer my last M-60 E3 but I don't think we could agree on price, since you are not looking for a museum piece. My pricing would be in line with what it is. I have a N.I.B., unfired SACO/ Maremont M60-E3 with contents, if you are interested. Best regards, Tom
  10. I have black 40 round (matte black, excellent condition) $65 and matte grey 32 round mags, excellent to like new $75. If interested, message me. Mags fit all Beretta model SMGs in 9mm. Also have new Sterling and Patchett 34 rnd. mags.
  11. M249 is a favorite but not sure if there are any transferable.
  12. Doubt you will see that one. http://www.macon.com/news/local/crime/article163314763.html
  13. MKV with studs is rare in a real Sterling (Post or Pre Sample), at least in the U.S.. You could buy the studs and install them. Transferable DLO/Andrewski/Melton MKV builds were the best -correct narrow slotted tubes, original parts, and most had studs installed. They were even more quiet than the real thing. http://www.reocities.com/pentagon/barracks/5220/SAPriceList.htm
  14. I sold my 18 for $2k over a year ago. I kept my 18C for L.E. Demo (they like shooting it). Neither model is very easy to get anymore, Factory new. Lots of post sample auto sears, lots installed in different model Glocks, but true model 18's are a different story. I'm no Glock expert, just my opinion.
  15. >>>>>>>>>> I just sent an MG to Bob Naess via USPS Priority Mail and had no issues. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Just curious; if USPS happened to lose the package would they pay an insurance claim? Would ATF take away your license if you told them you lost a M.G. sending it Priority Mail? I guess I am odd for being so risk adverse, but I can't believe someone would send a M.G, Priority Mail. I don't even send cheap gun parts by USPS.
  16. I sold one about two weeks ago, new condition without the rail studs, for $8K. Both the Post and Pre Sample Sterlings were of limited import compared to other foreign subguns of that era. HK did what they could to limit the Sterling's popularity in the U.S. by buying Sterling and putting them out of business.
  17. Gun comes from Sheriff's Dept that switched to all SIG SAUER, shortly after taking delivery. This pre sample machine gun looks new and unfired with updated collapsible "F' stock, ambi/ picto lower and B&T tactical forearm. All parts on this gun are either Factory HK or Factory B&T. This would make an incredible keeper for when you give up your FFL, and is more updated that most any Dept. is currently fielding. $13900.00. Lots of really nice pre-samples for sale. Needing to part with a few duplicates! Please email me if you have questions or need additional pictures. Thanks! Tom
  18. Like new and appears unfired! Built on unmarked PolyTech host receiver. Only minor marks on gun are where selector has been moved. Early quality solid build. All parts are original Bulgarian with 100% finish. Fully transferable, on Form 3 in my inventory and ready to go! $29,500.00. Please email with any questions or if you need more pictures. Thanks!
  19. This beast is a new condition gun (no signs of wear or being fired) and comes with club stock and HK Heavy Duty recoil buffer. Purpose of this setup is to better distribute recoil and to add longevity to the gun. Since it is a push pin registered receiver gun (just like the "real deal") you can trade out trigger groups as desired and you don't have to worry about ATF possibly calling and advising that your registered sear is actually a post sample, subject to confiscation! Priced to sell at $29,900.00. Currently in my inventory, on Form 3 and ready to transfer to your dealer. Please email with questions or if you need more pictures. Thanks!
