This ZB26 is a transferable C&R gun, listed in ATF listings of C&R guns. What makes it C&R is it is an original ZB26, manufactured in what was then called Czechoslovakia. The ATF Form 3 box 3a list the following: CS ZBROJOVKA (and) AS BRNO (and) CZECH.. I fired it one time and put this prize away in my humidity-controlled gun vault. Because the receiver’s markings didn’t photograph well I coped them down and can supply it to the prospective buyer. Gun comes with ground kit (pictured) magazine, steel box marked BREN 7.92 but holds ZB26 mags (pictured), loader, and Bren tripod (not pictured). Most people don’t know that the British copied the ZB26 in 7.92 caliber.Called it “Bren” and subsequently rechambered it in .303 Brit. This gun is in very excellent, pristine, unmodified condition. It is on ATF Form 3. I do e-forms to your dealer, although if you live in Maine you can get it directly from me. (Maine residents pay sales tax.) Price $35,000 firm. MP40 C&R (Schmeisser War War II War Trophy)

I Here is a C&R transferable MP40. The registration form states SCHMEISSER, GERMAN MILIATARY, WORLD WAR II WAR TROPHY. Price $28, 000. This was purchased from Somerset County Sheriff. The case was made for the sheriff by a (shall we say) “guest” of the county, and comes with the gun. The receiver was marked Somerset County Sheriff Department. Comes with one mag. This HK Operational Briefcase was brand new until I used it one time. Worked great witb a HK MP5K. However one of the casings burned a small hole in the liner, so I’m discounting the price accordingly. Does not show from outside and does not affect function. When firing it I removed the rubber plug, which shows in the picture. This pre86 dealer sample is a truly lovely gun, and it is NOT a police trade. In Beautiful condition. In case you are unfamiliar with these guns you need to know how ergonomically perfect they are. Firstly the balance. The weight is pretty well balanced because the rounds are back by your shoulder. And what’s more: no switch to go between auto and semi. Merely a two-stage trigger group. And interchangeable barrels. Comes with two barrels: shorty (great for entry) and HB with bipod. In stock and ready for transfer only to FFL/SOT.
