    Wow, my apologies and consider this a full retraction of the above if that's what happened. The elaborate lengths to which scammers will go never ceases to amaze me. I'd never defame a good man so my profound apologies to the seller.

    Gents, this is 100% a scammer. Not sure if this is a legit account that was hacked or not but it is a scammer. The guy texted me to pay him with zelle to his wife. Luckily, she was not a registered user. He then tell me to zelle him and it was a different last name. First warning bell...old buzzers collecting 60's vintage FAL stuff do not have progressive wives not taking their last name. I tried calling and it was a google voice number. He tells me can't talk because he has no cell service and sends me a generic old white guy photo and a generic picture of a badge saying I could trust him because he's a cop. Deptarment on badge was in a different state than this user's profile. I demanded he call and when someone did it was a Nigerian with a thick African accent and no command of English. I asked how the weather is in Lagos and he hung up.

    WTS: S&W 76, fully transferable, on a form 4 in FL. I bought this from someone who had two of them and this was the safe queen. It's excellent+ for a 76. I ran one mag through it while it was pending transfer and it ran flawlessly. Comes with one S&W mag. The mag isn't pictured because I recently moved and I need to find it in one of my mag boxes. Only selling because I need to fund another MG and I bought a Swedish K so this is redundant in my collection. I have plenty of references from dealers and individuals, so deal with confidence. Price is $11,000 10,000 plus shipping and transfer tax.

    I'm in the market to buy a USGI Thompson M1 or M1A1 or a M3 or M3A1 Grease Gun. Not looking for any rare museum quality pieces. This will be a shooter. I'd like to do a 50/50 payment and have plenty of references from dealers and other board members, as well as 100% positive feedback on other forums. Obviously I prefer a gun in state (FL) or on a form 3. Not interested in West Hurleys or Medea guns.

    The gun is built on a Pearl Mfg receiver per my emails with the seller. From what I can find, these were receivers built for the UC9 project that did not happen and the receivers were sold off several years ago. This was then built as a MPi69/81 by Don's Gun Shop.
