The insurance is a scam for most things especially high value items unless you use "registered mail" which takes a long time but is managed by each person who handles it is responsible. Cost is the biggest downside but probably worth it considering a large claim.

Factory Sig P226 RXP factory Sig slide with cowitness supressor sights, 3 dot white non-tritium. 4.4" barrel, and Romeo 1 Pro red dot. This kit does not come with the barrel or the slide cover plate from Sig, but I purchased both when I got the slide to use on my Mk25. I have fired #150rds through this slide, it runs flawless and is very accurate. It is literally like new condition, zero cosmetic issues. That's good to know RYO, lots of the Duracells and even the Energizers are being made in the far east now but I too have only had failures in the Duracell brands. If I can avoid Chinesium I will just on principal, the AA lithium Energizers I just bought were Singapore. The Japanese still make good batteries also but Surefire only makes the 123 types or I would use them too.
