  3. This is a TOZ 78-12 07 model, magazine fed, bolt action .22 known as a "Cadet" rifle presumably for training. Imported by Browning Arms Co. aka BACO from the Tula gun factory in Russia marketed under the Winchester name and called the Wildcat. This was after the 1987 aquisition by BACO of Winchesters name and product line from OLIN.
  4. This is a post WW2 Anschutz .22LR bolt action, often referred to as a "Garden Gun". Some of the pre and post war rifles were smooth bore and typically a 9mm Flobert type, but between 1953-55 in .22 they were rifled barrels, this is one of those versions. I have contacted Anschutz and received the date of production for the .22 Garden Guns as 1950-55 which the serial # indicates, but my further research shows due to the rifling it was narrowed to 53-55. This rifle is in amazing condition with bright clear bore and conservatively 98% on the bluing, the wood is in like new condition. I will provide the correspondence from Anschutz with the rifle. $350 shipped to your C&R or FFL whichever is easier for you to locate. USPS money order payment or personal check as I don't have/use pay apps. For more pictures PM and be specific what you are looking for. https://i.postimg.cc/nr1r3bq9/IMG-2574.jpg
  5. one available new condition, this is the non-base pad version. $35 shipped USPS money order or personal check I don't have/use pay apps.
  6. Thanks for the heads up on the SS policy but I confirmed he had it form 3 to this dealer so not a SS purchase just a screwup on taxing the stamp, he will get it straightened out.
  7. Yeah it's probably just the idiots who don't know anything about the process running the asylum, if you are a shop with a kiosk you should know how to run the machine, get it to process the forms and do the math. Neither has happened so far. Since most gun shops at least in this local area most are not too swift to begin with let alone doing NFA items. This is one reason I haven't used the "kiosk" route ever before and now I see why. I'm sure he will get it fixed but it doesn't really surprise me TBH.
  8. He's not confused they did charge him $239 which was the stamp and a $39 kiosk/prints fee plus $100 transfer fee and charged 6.5% sales tax on the total $339. So they did charge him state sales tax on the federal tax portion which is either the shop trying to screw him or just a dummy doing the math. He's going to call them on it as that's ridiculously wrong but he won't be doing business there anymore, lesson learned.
  9. Yes, I understand that but it was the kiosk fee the tax stamp and the tax on the stamp. I smell a rat and just wanted to check before he goes off on this place. Not to mention they can't even get his application to populate and get processed.
  10. My friend is just filing his first stamp for a silencer, dealer uses the "kiosk" which shouldn't matter and the idiots don't even know how to use it, all kinds of problems with passwords/prints etc. Either way he said they charged him sales tax on the tax stamp!!! never heard of such a thing but my last stamp was a couple years back and a form 1 SBR. I think they are screwing him, has anyone heard of such a thing? It's in SW Florida if that matters.
  11. Estes Adams pic rail scope mount a one off afaik. Estes being the purist he was only gave 2 choices with his mounts, Stanag or Weaver which I wanted neither as they both limited which scopes you could mount. But since I wasn't aware that Weaver rail specs are not the same as a picatinny spec when I got the mount my rings didn't fit, and Weaver rings were not the type I wanted, So I enlisted my friend Jim Mason aka Horse may he RIP, to talk with Estes about adding a Picatinny rail for using my rings/scope at the time an SB 10x fixed and he did. So fast forward 20 plus years I have so many other scoped rifles this is up for sale. It has a Meopta 1.5x6 with the German 4a ranging reticle, perfect for the AMT platform. This a scope is from the pre Meopta USA era but in like new condition, no blemishes, super clear glass and sits in Warne 30mm rings, also includes a sunshade. Scope with mount $1500 shipped. SCOPE/MOUNT SOLD
  12. I will take the SBA3 per our email. thanks
  13. I've been told by 2 separate banks that "Cashiers checks" are no different that a personal check and still run through the same process to "clear", and even wire transfers while may be immediate on paper they still also require time to clear even though they go through a different process. I recently wired money to my son in another state and it took overnight to show up in his account as available. Too much fraud in the world to think otherwise. My main bank is pretty judicious verifying account numbers etc. but the lady I deal with is very up front about the fact it's not instant. I also had a buddy on a car sale wire get it reversed after delivering the car which is "supposed" to be impossible but it happened. Time is the only way to be sure IMO.
  14. 3 SIG stg.57/PE57 mags, 1 Type 5 milled aluminum mag with metal follower. 8 mark on spine, BZ marks on steel follower in like new condition. 2 Type 4 steel mags appear to be coated. one mag has the O mark on the follower indicating the updated follower and 4 rivets on rear lug, BZ markings on the other follower, both have the HL marks and another triskel type marks also. Read about the mag types and descriptions here; https://www.gunboards.com/threads/the-evolution-of-the-stgw-57-sig-sg-510-magazines.915106/ The 2 steel Type 4 mags are in excellent condition as is the Type 5 milled aluminum which is like new. Also includes new mag springs for each. $550 shipped These Stg. mags have the steel followers which were the mags compatible also for use on the AMT according to many sources and I assume it was because of the follower design of the early steel mag with steel follower. PM for questions or closeups. USPS money order payment or personal check that clears before shipment via USPS priority mail.
  15. totally agree Taylor, after 41f trusts are overly burdensome with having to send in your entire trust (which is supposed to be private by design) and all of the BS "responsible person" paperwork. Individual is the way.........
