  1. This Chiropractor is a Total Asshole! Apparently he shot a hunting dog from his tree stand because the dog was following deer scent and he didn't want the dog to screw-up his chances of being successful. BTW, he is Not, and should Not be referred to as, a Doctor. Sorry to all the good Chiropractors out there but I have run into a ton of Quacks that try to practice medicine and have neither the training nor experience to do so. Eventually, the state boards sanction them and they usually end up in court after they harm several people. Doctor implies someone who went to four years of Medical School followed by, at least, three to four more years of Residency training (Five or more years if you're any type of surgeon) not counting any sort of specialized Fellowship training. A lot of us had as much as 12 years of training After college. Chiropractors (DCM) are as much doctors as Bill Cosby was with his honorary PhD that was later stripped. A real doctor can: write a prescription for a Schedule II Controlled Substance; deliver a child; rapidly place a central-line or chest-tube in a fully conscious patient; save a life by cracking a chest due to trauma from a motor vehicle accident, knife or gunshot wound; read X-Rays, EKGs, EEGs, etc… You can usually distinguish a real doctor as they have MD or DO after their last name. Nothing else qualifies but MD or DO and Definitely Not DCM. Sorry about the rant...
  2. Yeah, I agree with the BTT BS! I've seen a couple of Dealers and Individuals that Blatantly BTT their ads every other day while most others wait seven to ten days or more! Need Buddy to Hammer-Down on the Offenders!
  3. Giovanni makes some excellent points concerning feedback. I also believe that our community would be very well-served with a system that provides Reputation based solely on performance in transactions instead of how many people enjoyed a particular individual's posts (which may or may not have anything to do with character). I know you guys are working very hard and I have no idea how difficult this would be to implement but it is definitely worth considering.
  4. I am sorry about your bad experience. Wish I had the firing pin you need. You should consider relating your bad experience and let us know who the dealer was so that none of us make the mistake of dealing with them in the future. Thanks.
  5. Now that's the best damned Bumper Sticker I've seen in a long time… Hillary, Bill and Obama bin Laden would make perfect Bunk-Mates in Prison. But Bill and Obama would certainly be fearful of Hillary 'cause that Dyke has got a bigger Dong than both of those She-Men combined and she'd be owning her Bitches, Prison-Style...
  6. Nick: All is well. Just making it day by day, living as best I can, with this damned Gun Addiction! You know what I'm talking about. I will keep looking as well and let you know if I ever find anything. Have a good one!
  7. Nick: I've never been able to locate a separate, distinct, manual for the Glock 18/18C. Was told by a knowledgable Glock Factory Rep that they never issued a unique manual for the select-fire models. Said they had some cobbled-up insert that they xeroxed on a piece of folded copier paper and just stuck into the middle of the standard manual which usually was lost by LE very quickly. It was folded in half and printed on both sides for a total of four pages that gave a little bit of extra information regarding: extra parts; requirement for special training; warnings regarding danger of significant barrel-climb when firing full-auto; etc… He said they no longer had copies - only made them as needed to insert in Gov/Mil/LE 18/18Cs as they shipped out. I've never found a copy anywhere, whether paper or .pdf format on the web. If you discover a source, I would be interested in it as well in order to complete my manuals.
  8. The And the Scammer completely ignored the fact that he has been called out or he's such an idiot he didn't even notice!
  9. I am looking for one New or Like New German Factory Original HK G3 Full-Auto Bolt Carrier or Entire Bolt Group. Please Email or PM me here. Proof of item with clear images and references are required.
  10. This new site is Vastly Superior to the old rendition! And the more I discover, the better it gets. Can't thank you guys enough for all the hard work and money you've poured into this project that benefits our entire community in so many ways. My virtual "home away from home" has gone 21st Century. This is the best place for buying, selling, sharing knowledge and learning more about firearms.
  11. My first organized MG shoots were when I was just a little kid in the late 70s to early 80s with a bunch of SF guys that were friends of my father. Was a moderate-sized group of guys with Tons of cool MGs and Ammo, seemingly, for days… Best thing ever! Now that I'm older, I can still, vividly, recall but not quite experience ever again, that Disney-like sense of wonderment and awe that most only encounter with the mindset of a child... But for me it was the best of times and I will never forget the things I learned so early in my life and the fellowship that came from those experiences.
  12. Scammers Suck. I waste their time whenever possible by leading them on a sort of "scavenger hunt" having them jump through hoops to receive my "wires" and misdirected overnight mail with "USPS MO" that don't exist and will never arrive... My way of Screwing them over for all the money they've stolen from others. Most of them recognize my email address as they've learned the hard way that they can be counter-scammed fairly easily. Not the smartest bunch - most of them are real Nigerian Fuck-tards.
  13. One good reason that posts cannot be deleted by anyone but Admin, is that Scammers are now Screwed once they've placed their ad. They cannot hook a couple of newbies for thousands and then simply disappear. These posts are readily identified by more savvy and experienced members of this board and they are able to post warnings directly below the suspect ad immediately. Ad stays with warning(s) and Saves Time and Money since Buddy can't be everywhere all the time and any of us can help by posting our concerns.
  14. Dennis is a great guy. Although I've not yet bought anything from him or sold anything to him, I have spoken with him on the phone a couple of times and he is a knowledgable and friendly individual. There are a lot of scammers lurking out there but we have a ton of good guys on this board and we all watch out for each other. Dennis is definitely one of the good ones.
  15. Guys... Be vigilant and do Not become another victim of Scammers! Do NOT send any payment until you have clear images of the above item with Your Email written on a piece of paper laying right on top of the gun. Also get a clear shot of the Current Form to verify the Serial Number on the Gun from the images with your email address. Finally, call NFA Branch and make sure Everything Matches: Serial Number of the supposed Pre-May MP5 as well as Name and Address of the individual asking you to send money. NFA Branch will inform you if the information you provided does Not match. Scammers frequently photo-shop and otherwise alter Transfer Forms so you Must Verify Everything with NFA Branch! Other things to consider: speak with the seller on the phone in order to discern their knowledge of firearms, the transfer process in general and whether or not they have a strange accent or affectation. References from this board would be good as well. Just a little due diligence and your gut-instinct will save you a Huge amount of money!

  17. Bought so many M240/249 spare parts from Greg, I actually had to move to a larger warehouse just to store it all! Great guy and always a pleasure to do business with!
  18. "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark!" And the (Nigerian?) Stench has crossed the Atlantic… Definitely Need Clear Images with Buyer's email written on a piece of paper laying across the item for sale. Also need a clear copy of the current Form to verify with NFA Branch...

  20. I frequented these boards during your transition from Vollmer's site (as an FFL dealer prior to becoming a manufacturer). I've always preferred to buy and sell on Sturmgewehr, as opposed to other similar sites, regardless of format. Much less corruption and cronyism here which is a testimonial to the people behind the scenes running the show. Change is not always easy to accept, however, it appears that your new configuration is a Hell of a lot more sophisticated and full of bells and whistles, making this a welcomed upgrade. Creating an account, signing in to post, and other security measures now in place, will definitely impede the Scammers (foreign and domestic) that constantly plague our community. Buddy can be a real pain in the ass sometimes but, like a good Drill Instructor, he will "school you" and you'll probably find yourself admitting that you're better off in the end as a result of the occasional ass-kicking concerning an incorrect post. You guys run a tight ship and I hope that we never see this site devolve, as so many others have, to a network of friends that tend to favor some over others. This site is as close to Everyone being Equals, as far as I've ever encountered on the internet. Wishing all the good people here, continued success, health, happiness and prosperity.
