  1. Just spoke with Rodney on the phone - Excellent individual and had a great conversation! I've seen him on Sturm for many years but somehow just never got around to dealing with him until now. Check is on the way for the New MP5 A2 Buttstock. Thanks Rodney and have a great weekend!

  3. I have listed ways to expose Scammers "selling" any item but nothing related, specifically, to the MP40. Anyway, I have pasted the usual warning below - hope it may help... Be Very Careful!! Another, New, Unknown User posting... Make sure this is Legit and not a Scam. Get Clear images with your email address written on a small piece of paper laying right on top of the Gun. Also get a copy of the current Transfer Form and verify All Info with NFA Branch - they will tell you if the info does Not match. Talk to the poster on the phone to determine if he has a Nigerian or other strange accent. Does he know anything about guns and the transfer process? He should know a lot about what he is trying to sell. Is he calling from a weird VOIP Google Phone or some other non-standard modality? Get Verifiable References from this Board or another reputable site - do Not rely on an easily stolen Identity from Gun-Broker, etc... Be smart and save your $$$. Don't become the latest victim of Scammers!
  4. The transfer forms almost always list SMG for the SMGs you mentioned, however, there are exceptions (errors) to be found in the NFRTR and on various transfer forms. That is the nature of the beast as humans are imperfect and mistakes are sometimes introduced, missed and perpetuated. Many of these may be corrected with effort on the part of the current owner. Most are inconsequential and the majority of people will not waste their time in those cases.
  5. Mark (mactactical) is Correct. You are good to go. There would be an issue if you had a Transferable RDIAS in a regular Title I AR15, you shortened the barrel of the AR15 and then removed the RDIAS. In doing this, you would have created an Unregistered SBR. In your case, the M16 is a Registered Transferable MG and may have any barrel length you desire without any further registration or notification.
  6. I kinda feel left out… Scammers don't want to play with me anymore… I screwed too many of them over making them run around, all over the place, looking for "Lost" and/or "Misdirected" Checks and Western Union Wires, etc., that never arrived... Eventually, they quit sending shit to my email. I'm Banned by all the Asshole Scammers

  9. Sorry Guys. My Error… I was most concerned about whether or not the seller was legit and when speaking with him it came up that it was a registered trigger pack configured to fit the semi-auto shelf and I missed the fact that it was marked on the outer metal housing Only. I apologize for the error and the confusion!
  10. FYI. I just spoke with John Anderson on the phone. Very nice guy and he understands what he is selling. He is going to be at KCR in April helping to setup the Subgun shoots. John offered to allow anyone, seriously, interested in his MP5 the opportunity to check it out and even shoot it at KCR. From what I gathered, his MP5 was made from an HK 94 and the Trigger Pack is the actual Registered Part which would be more desirable to most potential buyers. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Sorry Guys. 11. Just make damned sure you get Proof they actually have the gun. Scammers are trolling here and Everywhere on the web and they are going to contact you and try to take your money. Get Clear Images with your email address written on a small piece of paper laying right on top of the Gun. 12. Yes. That is a Scammer and you Definitely were Scammed. You must Always get Proof they actually have the item they are selling and you Must get References from this Board. Sorry you got taken… Hopefully, you and others will learn quickly from this very negative experience.
  13. Because you Smell just like a Scammer. And we all know how to spot your kind here. Of course you could, easily, Prove you are Not a Scammer by providing pics of your, supposed, MP5A3 with my email (pt72@mac.com) written on a small piece of paper laying right on top of the gun... But we All know that will Never happen. Send me the pics and I will Post them for you with an Apology for calling you a Scammer. Adios, Richardjones, we'll all be keeping an eye out for you when you create a new user name and try to Scam someone else... _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Looks like this Scammer has already abandoned this profile. Guess it's Not worth fighting a losing battle. I asked for images on his post and by PM/IM. He Never sent pics and has Not even responded here or by PM/IM or to my Email after I gave him instructions for sending pics. A Legitimate Seller would have provided proof with images. Watch out - he will be trolling the boards again soon, under a new name and he wants your $$$$$
  14. maskedheroes Everyone needs to Mark this Idiot down in your list of Scammers!! He is trying to act as if he is Legit but I know for a Fact that he is a Scammer just like fireforceall. His profile was wiped clean and this one has All the same Signs. Probably the exact same Guy - just a new profile. Be careful!!
  15. You are a Liar! You did Not sell any Kit. You're just trying to cover your Scammer Tracks. You don't even have the kit. If so, post or send the images I asked for. And Who supposedly bought the Kit from you?
