You may want to check with your town/city if you’re zoned for manufacturing. As an example, our storefront is zoned for retail but not manufacturing. We would never get an approved zoning request for manufacturing in our present location.

Shooting outdoors is paramount for suppressed 5.56 with not protection. Indoors with 9, is not hearing safe, forget 5.56.
In my experience, shooting 5.56 out of a 10.5 M16 or out of the HK53 outdoors with a Gemtech patrolman and it’s hearing safe.

What you asked for is reasonable and most dealers wouldn’t squawk at that request. I would give them a week to comply. Notify both the seller and GB that you’re canceling the sale, since they can’t provide the necessary documents to move forward. And move on and don’t sweat it. Good on you for doing you due diligence. Smells like a scam and there is plenty of that going around. Run away. My 2 cents. YMMV.

Get your FFL/SOT and buy a presample and don't look back. Put that 10K in to a real 249. Just one man's opinion. YMMV.
