  1. I don't think that is a SW76/MK760 bolt. It might be a Stemple or Burgess bolt. It looks to have the bands that allow it to fit in the larger diameter Stemple tube. I purchased the SW/MK bolt in the attached pictures for $175 in April 2022. As far as I'm concerned, I got a hell of a deal. There is not really any data on the market point for them since they so seldom come up for sale.
  2. I sold some merch to this gentleman recently and it was a fantastic experience. Great communication and quick payment. I'd gladly do business with him again. It just goes to show you that gun people truly are the best people. Thank you @C1GunBus, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
  3. I can't answer question #1. I, too, am curious about that. As for #2, from everything I've read about the subject, I don't believe a trust is able to acquire a C&R License. https://johnpierceesq.com/can-my-trust-get-a-curio-relic-ffl/
  4. Indeed. S&B and Prvi seem to run the best in all my mgs. I think they load their ammo a little bit hotter than everyone else.
  5. The STEN Mk. II was my first machinegun. Some things I've learned: Buy lots of magazines, sometime you have to try a few magazines to find one that works well. Don't grasp the mag-well during shooting, get a forward grip. Invest in some spare trigger control parts. The Magnum/7.62x25 STEN is hella fun, but make sure you have a strong recoil spring. Dump the "T" stock and get a loop stock. Buy lots of ammo. The STEN is a big hit at the range. Overall, the STEN is a great entry level machinegun. Pretty reliable and easy to troubleshoot. In liberty, KristopherH ETA: Mine was made by Ciener. One of the last few he put together and a bit nicer than some of the older ones.
  6. In my mind, the fact that RRO could so easily access the distribution list address is a bigger issue than him looking for some goodies. More government incompetence. Trust in those fools and you burned. ETA: I do think that RRO should remove the distribution list address here now that the experiment is done.
  7. If it gets you a few more transferable machineguns, it's worth a couple butthurt people. LOL.
  8. For your consideration, 1x - 16" semi-auto profile Uzi barrel - .45 ACP - Purchased from US Barrel shrouds - $135 shipped 1x - 10.25" semi-auto profile Uzi barrel - .45 ACP - Pike Arms - $135 shipped Both items are being sold as is. I'm listing them as fair+ condition, but they are probably a little better than that. Commit to buy both and they're yours for $210 shipped. SPF 11/15/22 No sales where prohibited, please abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Payment can be personal/business/cashier's check or postal money order. Payment may take a couple days to clear. Due to FedEx and UPS shipping policies, these will ship via USPS. 100% feedback on EBay, FALFiles, Uzi Talk, and a few other forums that may now be defunct. Thank you for your time! -Kristopher H. ETA: Timestamp, whether in a PM or as a post will prevail. The barrels being sold here are in the black box, the threaded barrel has already been sold. ETA 2: Reasonable offers welcome.
  9. Fortunately for us, most (not all) scammers are dumbasses with no command of NFA-related jargon or the English language in general. I agree with all the previous posts: vet, vet, and vet again. Most of us should have some kind of feedback at this point - EBay, GunBroker, Uzi Talk, FALFiles, Sturm.....I tell people that I'll gladly provide links to all my feedback across the Internet. I'd rather people do their due diligence on me before they enter into a transaction with me.
  10. Love the new look. Great job, Mr. David Albert and Mr. Andy Albert.
  11. I don't know much about them other than that it should have a "T" prefix serial number according to The Uzi Submachine Gun book. According to the same book, there were only 18 of them manufactured and registered. I couldn't find any details as to whether Group only made the receivers or assembled them into complete firearms as well. Group Industries occasionally gets crapped on for having out of spec Uzi receivers and bolts. I have a semi auto GI/Vector Uzi and a transferable Wilson bolt slotted from a GI bolt. Both have worked well for me.
  12. Got some numbers: 1.) PSD 1986: 4.7 grams (72.53208 grains) 2.) WRA 1945: 4.7 grams (72.53208 grains) 3.) LC 1944: 4.8 grams (74.07532 grains) 4.) LC 1943: 4.7 grams (72.53208 grains) 5.) WCC 1942: 4.7 grams (72.53208 grains) The first four were primed brass, the last one was spent. Primed or spent doesn't appear to affect weight or is negligible. I couldn't find any of my newer spent or primed brass, but I wouldn't think there would be any meaningful weight difference. Hope that helps. -Kristopher
  13. I've got a variety of primed .30 Carbine brass. I'll see if I can locate my digital scale and get some numbers for you.
  14. Can you install a 16" barrel on it and get it to rifle/carbine length?
  15. Form 4 Individual to SOT. Signed and sent 03/07/22, approved 07/19/22. Make sure there are ZERO errors on the Form.
  16. I find it super cool that Captain Paul lived in my general area of operations. Good luck with the sale. Very neat piece of history.
  17. This is the format I use. For amount, I put in $100. Never been charged a dime. It takes forever to get one of these back. I am still waiting on two of them from 2019.
  18. I would love nothing more than to see NFA, GCA, and Hughes flushed down the toilet bowl of history. That being said, I am skeptical.
  19. When my former FFL/SOT sold a Type 99 LMG on my behalf, I made up a spreadsheet showing my profit and all expenses. I then paid Capital Gains taxes, Federal and State, on the profit. It sucks but you ain't gonna hide a big assed check from the government. Caesar wants his share of the good.
  20. I agree with @duza9999, pictures would be awesome. Since there isn't really much to go on, maybe consider the value of other transferable conversion devices - Uzi bolts, M2 Carbine kits, FNC sears, AR Lightning Links, etc. When you get a good number, add a modest premium for the rarity and give it go.
  21. If I were going to use my M2 kit in a commercial Carbine, I'd get a nice Plainfield or a Fulton Armory. I've heard that the AO guns are lousy and that the Inland Manufacturing guns are hit or miss. I do like the looks of the Advisor, though.
  22. Tom is an asset to the NFA community. Good guy all around. Can't wait to take my S&W 76 home.
  23. Sign me up if you do. I hate all of the current "options".
