  1. I have the machines and tools, and now the time.  If I get an SOT 01 or 07 (and I have some bling-type MG parts kits for the movie business already - the stranger the better in the rental business!!!!):

What are my options to KEEP  or  DISPOSE of the post sample I BUILD after I give up the SOT

What are my options to KEEP or DISPOSE of post samples I BUY after i give up the SOT?

Do the Form 4 guns I already have go on the SOT license (they're in trust) or are they unaffected?

Just asking because health issues are just around the corner but I do want to build a few things I can rent to the film industry.  In this complex world, the background information turns out to be as important as the start up information.  Any pitfalls for applying for the SOT?  thanks for answering

  2. FS are three new construction M2HB semis by JnC Manufacturing.  These were done out of parts from like-new M2HB FAs demilled out of gov’t service more than 20 years ago.  Not the junk Izzy and cull-seconds parts and parts kits that are now available.  These were constructed from four parts kits bought in the 1990’s (keeping one).  The barrels are new in cardboard tubes.  JnC built the guns about 5 years ago on his semi side plates.  He test fired.  They have not been shot in my hands.    Will crate for $50 and ship at your expense to you or FFL if you are not an FFL.  They look new, they are new. $14,300 OBO with plain jane M3 tripod and cradle.  Yes I trade but has to be Vveeerrryyy interesting to make m bite.  Pics for an email.

  3. repeating above post.......

Gentlemen: The MG42 has been turned over to Walter Bracken at BMC Tactical  (505) 877-5357 for a detailed inspection and analysis and so that your questions can be answered.  He will field all questions on what this firearm is since he has experts on his staff that will make those determinations and take photos as requested.  I will report that the Form 4 'manufacturer' is reported as "German Manufacture" (the exact words on the form) and presume that means this MG42 is not a rewat or kit gun.  The orignal German serial number on the receiver has been used on the form 4 and there is no alteration to it showing manufacturer other than WWII Waffen.  Thanks for looking.
