  1. Hello lessrahkmin - Please let me know if you received my message above from a couple weeks ago. Just say, "Thanks anyway, but I insist on using a credit card" or "Okay, let's see what you have, and we'll see if there's a way to make it work."
  2. Hello - If you are still interested, I bet I have just what you are looking for - I actually have TWO full-auto M16/AR15s (modified) on Form 4s in New Mexico! Both are in excellent condition, with one gun (Palmetto Armory) never fired at all since I bought it in 1999, and the other gun (Bushmaster/EA) has only been fired less than 200 rounds in the last 21 years - truly "safe queens"! Both are priced at $24K, ~ 15% below current prices from well-known dealers, and there is NO TAX, typically 7 - 10%, depending upon where you live; that could translate to a potential savings of ~ $2,000. However, I am a private citizen, not a business, so I am unable to take a credit card in payment. I understand your concern regarding my identity and validity, especially when such a considerable sum is involved. If you would be agreeable, I'm sure we could set up an escrow arrangement between our respective banks with terms to be agreed upon mutually. That will entail some negotiations and probably a fee to each bank. Or such an escrow might also be possible with our respective FFL transfer agents - we would have to ask. Please PM me for lots more information (photos and text), and to let me know if you have actually received this message or not. Ray Melton rfmelton@msn.com (575)642-3151
  3. I have exactly what you are looking for (and MORE!) I have a NOS XMG-34 (bought from Brian Poling in 1997 but never fired) - of course, it looks like new. Ready for your AR-15 style lower. (Would be even more amazing with a binary trigger!) I have already assembled a really awesome COMPLETE kit, with the following additional parts; just haven't written up and listed them yet: *Two (2) extra barrels (excellent used condition w/strong rifling) in two WWII-style steel spare barrel carriers; one case has canvas straps that seem original *Two 50-rd flexible metal belts already loaded *Four (4) new 50-rd metal belts *8mm belt loading machine (Gurtfuller) for the flexible metal belts; fits in WWII German ammo box *Corrugated belt holding canister that attaches to receiver (no loose flapping belt) *1000 rds 8mm ammo (I have4,000 rds available @ $0.40/rd, some in bandoliers, some in lead-sealed wooden cases if you want more) *German MG3 Lafette (tripod) with recoil spring mount and carry straps and cool NOS periscope gun sight - Hensoldt-Wetzlar optics (Zeiss quality). I bought the tripod from BRP at the same time as the gun because BRP built the XMG with the MG42-style mounting lugs to match the tripod *Rare battery pack (with original straps) for illuminated reticle in the scope *XMG34 owner/operator manual *MG-34 Manual (translated from German) with illustrations for operation and maintenance of the actual machine gun (your upper part) $7500 for all the *starred items above - ready for the range to impress the spectators with your complete WWII setup! If you send me your regular email, I can send you several photos of the items described above, or take other shots as you request. The XMG is a regular Title 1 item, just like a K98 Mauser! I live in Las Cruces, NM and can deliver to Phoenix area (~7 hrs) for nominal gas + Motel 6 charge to save FFL/4473 and shipping charges (especially the heavy ammo!) Or, you can come here instead and see the whole package. I am also selling two registered full-auto Browning 1919A4 machine gun kits, and two registered FA AR-15s in case you're interested. I usually go to the big SAR show at the Phoenix Fairgrounds in early December to drool at all the "big boy toys" there; it's a great place to get face-to-face with some of the real names in the NFA world!
