  1. M2HB’s and M1 carbine barrels in terms of firearms at the time that ANM2’s were made. Back in the earliest days the Lipe shop was like a maker space where inventors used the machine shop to make the first transmissions, smith corona typewriters, farm equipment, really interesting to see the big names that started there. Later it was home to a shotgun manufacturer as well. I believe it was LC Smith, but not certain off the top of my head. The old company safe is still there with the hand painted name on it. I should get a picture of it. Very cool unto its own.
  2. My business operates out of the old manufacturing plant where these were made. The beams still have remnants of the belt drive systems in places.

  4. Sadly no. It was a manufacturing site for not only the M2HB, but ANM2’s, M1 carbine barrels, as well as Gears, bearings, transmissions, brooms, and many many other items. It was like a business incubator site of its time. Smith Corona started there as well as LC Smith shotguns.
