  1. By all appearances this is a deal you would want to steer clear of, or if totally serious hop a flight to Houston, and see it in person. The rank payment was to a Houston address, and the account shows Conroe.... Both cities are very close, and it should be noted that some individuals have more than one residence or an alternate billing address. I would recommend that if the seller has been wrongly flagged that he post the pic that was requested, and the everybody will have a slightly more warm and fuzzy feeling - even then a $500 trip to TX for BBQ or Texmex, and a hands on examination would be warranted in my book.
  2. When watermarking, it is also recommended that you setup an image with a transparent background, and make it a little smaller.
  3. Since Neo has found one, this has been moved to the discussion boards, so any info contained can be utilized by others for their NFA research.
  4. Bump - Knocked off $25 (like getting shipping for 1/2 off now).
  5. Have the following mount and ammo can holder for sale .. Only these items pictured are included. Buyer to pay shipping from 33140 ZipCode on what I would guess is 40-50lbs, or we can arrange local pickup if you are S. Florida based. $375 Paypal or USPS MO. Checks subject to clearing times.
  6. If you want a watermark inserted on the image, then you need to upload it to enable watermarking under your account preferences, and then upload the image to Sturm... Images linked from other hosts will not get watermarked.
  7. The checkout system should only charge for this year, and next year will send a reminder to renew, but as per the software developer (and my testing) will not automatically renew.
  8. Please refer to http://www.sturmgewehr.com/forums/index.php?/topic/2903-personal-non-commercial-site-subscriptions/
  9. Yes, if you go to the Store icon on the header at the top, you can purchase a membership.. For a non-commercial user I would recommend Lt.
  10. It means buy in quantity (is there any other way to buy?).
  11. Have a friend who wants to buy the Gemtech Trilogy, or a similar package to beat 41F.. Anybody know any dealers in FL. that have that in stock? Thanks, Andy

  13. Since he asked folks to email, but didn't include his email address here it is from his profile - jdweyeguy (THE-AT-SIGN) gmail(DOT)com Looks like a nice piece, good luck with the sale.
  14. Bump to the top.. Pricing comments have been removed. Let free market reign. *Please limit posts to questions regarding condition, location, terms, etc.. Please address pricing etc. via PM.
  15. Some sellers have expressed concern about publishing their images here, due to concern about image collectors grabbing them, and using them elsewhere. We have had a custom bit of software done, that now allows you to go into the settings of your account, and have the server watermark your image with the Sturmgewehr.com logo (if you don't select your own), or with your own custom watermark - you must however enable this feature - if you don't enable it, your images will continue to be posted without watermark (which many wish to do as well). I recommend that if you make your own custom watermark, that you do it as a transparent png or gif, and have it set to 10-30% visibility of your original image. Here are the steps to setup the watermarking, as well as some sample outputs. Click on your account in the upper right part of your browser On the left, select Attachment Watermark On the settings, turn the watermarking on, and optionally upload your own watermark. Then click Save. Example of default Sturmgewehr.com watermark Example of a custom watermark
  16. The watermark software has now been modified to have the Sturmgewehr.com logo as a default if you don't select your own.

  18. Watermarking has been enabled on the system. Each user would need to enable it (you can disable it too once enabled, so you can have your image left unmolested), and then select an image file (recommend transparent PNG, GIF, etc).. Once you do that, it will watermark all new attachments, until the feature is disabled ...
  19. Yes.. But I suggest you go to a flower shop, buy the biggest Sunflower there... Take it to the range, and repeatedly shoot it until your system is normalized... I do not however suggest watching the movie "Little Shop of Horrors".
  20. We will see what the developer comes up with - my preference was per post, but a lot of this is driven by the core forum software, and templates and what they allow ... anyway, tomorrow will tell us more. * BTW the Sokolov mount in the above shots will be listed in the near future .. if interested, contact David Albert here on the boards (ideally for local pickup in southern Ohio).
  21. The current development path is to see if it can be made optional per post; if not then the fallback is to have it be a feature that you enable/disable by default under your user profile. Anyway, we are pressing on.. Unfortunately the value of the items we have here attract a different element than a forum for Sunflower enthusiasts, so we have to come up with extra methods to safeguard things, that other types of discussion / ad sites don't have to consider.
