  1. Maybe you could find an FFL/SOT in your area or somewhere in TX and just pay them their normal transfer fee to go over the forms for you. They may even do all the paperwork since you're paying them anyway. I'm not in TX so I can't recommend any specific FFL/SOT but seems like something that would be in their wheel house.
  2. Has anyone used one of these nut sack lowers for a RDIAS? Curious if the shelf in the back is milled at the right height. Not all lowers are which is why I ask. They look pretty nice!
  3. It won't surprise me if someone pays it but holy smokes, 60K! Wonder if there will ever be a top end on these little drop ins?
  4. Done a couple of can purchases at OTB. Vito is on it. Smooth and fast transaction(s).
  5. Transferring from out of state individual to an SOT in another state on a tax paid form 4 is the correct way to do it. I just did it. Then your in state SOT transfer's out to you, the individual, on a form 4. That's how it's been done for years. It's a 2 step transfer, not 3. With all due respect to your SOT, you probably need to find another one if he won't help you work through this. I know there are some new mailing restrictions regarding guns and various contract carriers but at the federal level (atf) there are no new CFR's that get in the way of the 2 step transfer process that I am aware of.
  6. Thanks for the update Ryo! Please keep us posted.
  7. I did the PrintScan at a UPS store and everything was as Frank describes. The EFT file was in my email in about 5 minutes. Process was painless and E-Forms accepted the file with no issues.
