As for year manufactured my understanding is almost all m11/9’s were 1985 or 1986. First 2 numbers in serial number are year manufactured. Zooming in on picture looks like 86

I haven’t used this service but have bought several silencers through them and transferred machine guns. When I had a problem or question I call. Always answered and were very helpful and nice. I would give them a call. Hope that helps.

How can a non ffl/sot sell and ship to anyone outside of the state they live in

In early days of non ffl efile I did a few few form 1’s. Screwed first 2 up with manufacturer (though my trust and not who actually made ar lowers). Got e-mail a few weeks later asking to clarify. Replied to email from inspector who actually made lower and I was just doing sbr. Said they would fix it and approved in a few days. Like I said years ago and form 1 but at least non ffl using efile

Looking for a transferable AK 47. Needs to be standard ak in 7.62x39. I would prefer fixed stock but under folder isn’t a deal breaker. Not looking for valmet. Also prefer form 3 or form 4 in KY. PM and let me know what you have. Thanks
