  1. Was this a vendor with some history on Gunbroker? If no significant sales history, some other form of personal references would be appropriate. Otherwise what you asked for is certainly reasonable. If you wanted other "proof", you could always send a FOIA request to the BATFE on that serial number to see who really owns it, or if it even registered. That takes a lot of time though. I'd give the vendor a week to send the info electronically and if no action on their part is taken, contact Gunbroker to report this as a problem vendor. When I sell, I file e-forms and I don't even accept payment until the e-form is approved, but I don't ship until I receive full payment. The buyer can check e-form transfer approval on their e-form site independently so there's virtually no way to defraud on either side. Some owners don't know how to use the e-file system, aren't SOT holders, etc. Working deals with those vendor/owners is just riskier without bonafides of some sort.
  2. Looking for a Dragunov, or good clone. 7.62x54R only. Not interested in a Tiger unless already cosmetically converted to military configuration. Either for sale, or trade for NFA firearms. Available for trade is a Vector full-size UZI or a Russian ppSH43. Both fully transferable. FFL/SOT holder in Alabama.
  3. I’m brokering the sale of a Registered Fully Transferable AM-180 .22LR machinegun for one of my long-time local customers. This machinegun features a unique design from the ground up as a .22 LR caliber machinegun – and not something that was “converted” into a machinegun that would shoot .22 LR ammo. It was not designed to be a semi-auto and then cleverly converted to make it into a machinegun. It is an open-bolt machinegun that was specifically (and very well) designed to shoot .22LR ammunition at over 1000 Rounds Per Minute with a standard 177 Rd. drum magazine. The drum magazine is designed to fit horizontally on the gun (a–la Lewis Gun style) to minimize the bulk normally associated with drum mags. The gun balances and shoots well. And because of the purpose-built design, is very reliable and capable of full-mag dumps on a routine basis. This is the gun you can literally “write your name with” on sheet metal. This gun is in excellent shape and was previously “tuned up” by Val at E&L manufacturing (https://elmfg.com/) who was renowned as an expert on these particular guns. It comes with two (2) drums, one (1) loader, one (1) winder, and a soft side carry case. Magazines are still being made for these guns and some spare parts are still available from E&L manufacturing. The gun is in Alabama and is privately owned by one of my local customers and registered on a Form 4. The asking price is $15K and does not include transfer taxes or shipping. I will be handling all the paperwork to either a buyer in Alabama or to the servicing CL3 dealer in any other state. Transfers from the servicing dealer are the responsibility of the buyer. I will pass any provided contact information to the owner for any offers tendered. Gary Reisenwitz
  4. Price has been lowered to $55K. There are quite a few spare parts and accessories that may be purchased with this gun at a considerable saving below current market prices. The seller is not interested in selling the parts and accessories until after the M60 is sold, or they are included within a negotiated "package" price.
  5. Not another one of these unfired specimens available at any price - but offers will be considered.
  6. Thanks for the edit tip. I looked for it originally and since it wasn't easy to see, I wasn't sure there was one. As far as there being two of these for sale - not from this owner. And I assisted with his purchase originally and the previous owner only had this one. But before him -who knows?
  7. Correcting a typo. Where I stated: ..." Sear is currently on a Form 4...", I meant the Machinegun is on a Form 4. This is a registered receiver, not a "sear".
  8. I am brokering the sale of a Rock Island Armory M60 Machinegun in Alabama. It appears unfired. I am the dealer who transferred the gun to the current non-licensee owner in 2012 and he has never fired it. Machinegun is currently on a Form 4 with a non-SOT license holder in Alabama, but I will be generating the paperwork and managing the transfer as an agent for the seller. I'm a known FFL/SOT dealer in this community and you can check me out on other boards under my username: gary1978. My name is Gary Reisenwitz. Pics are attached, and I have additional detail pics - to include hi-res. Asking price is $60K. Please let me know if you are interested or require additional information.. Sale is for the Machinegun only. The seller has some spare parts (barrels, bolts, etc.), but those sales would be negotiated separately.
  9. I am brokering the sale of a Wilson Arms Co. Registered "Drop In" M16 Auto-Sear (RDIAS) in Alabama. It is all steel construction. Sear is currently on a Form 4 with a non-SOT license holder, but I will be generating the paperwork and managing the transfer as an agent for the seller. I'm a known FFL/SOT dealer in this community and you can check me out on other boards under my username: gary1978. My name is Gary Reisenwitz. Pics are attached. Asking price is $35K. Please let me know if you are interested.

  11. I'm assisting with a collection reduction and one of my customers in Alabama is selling his M1 Thompson submachinegun. The gun is a West Hurley gun formerly owned by Frank Iannamico and is the one pictured on the cover of his book. It's been heavily modified from its original West Hurley form by the following: All internals replaced with USGI parts, to include the barrel, fore-end iron and bolt assembly as well as all the lock-work in the lower receiver. The Bolt is a Savage M1 (not M1A1) so it has the replaceable firing pin that interchanges with the M1928 firing pin. The front sight has been properly pinned, per the originals. The rear sight has been re-riveted with proper steel rivets. The entire gun was parkerized. There is no discernible finish wear since it was parkerized. It is in excellent condition, inside and out. The gun wasn't shot much, but has been fired and works fine. Comes with 13 USGI 30 rd magazines. Shipping and tax payments are negotiable. Asking price is $19.995. I'll be handling the paperwork on our end.
  12. I am brokering the sale of a collection here in Alabama and the retiring dealer has an excellent (near mint) Pre-Sample Beretta PM12S in the collection. Are you still interested? It is probably on his e-inventory, but he is currently renewing his SOT, so it might take another month before he is ready to e-file. I will be assisting in all the paperwork.
  13. Are you still interested? The image is a hi-rez so you should be able to zoom in for detail. It is fully transferable and privately owned by a long-time customer in Alabama. I'll assist in all paperwork on this end. Double-transfer tax to an individual would be required, but tax burden is negotiable, as is shipping. It's used, but in excellent condition and works fine. If interested, please respond to me by PM with contact info and I will pass to owner and you can work out the details.
