After several attempts to retrieve my funds from Mr. W. Rich West that goes by "IGC", I failed to do so.
He comes back with all sorts of excuses and it is obvious that he is avoiding to refund my money.
At this point I am certain that he is a dishonest person and a crook.
I would highly recommend against doing business with this person.
I will be filing a complaint with police department at the city where he lives and report his fraudulent behavior.
If anybody would like to see email chains and other evidence please let me know.
