  1. Thanks for your response. Given what you said I will look for 20 round magazines. I have a Police 6 Ingram machine gun which I really like. It has 30 round magazines. I find it fairly easy to load these. It is easier to load these than a 30 round AR-15 9 mm magazine.
  2. Hi: Thanks much for clarifying this. I misunderstood your note.
  3. I have purchased a 1928 Thompson machine gun. It will be several months (maybe over a year) before I get possession of the gun. It comes with a drum magazine (50 rounds). I wish to acquire some stick magazines. My question is what magazines will work with a 1928 Thompson? Will all Thompson stick magazines work with a 1928 Thompson? Where can I find the magazines and what is the normal asking price?
  4. Hi: In several months I hope to own a 1928 Thompson. The gun will come with a drum magazine. I hope to purchase a couple of stick magazines. Will the magazines that you are advertising work for a 1928 Thompson? Is the price of $70 for 2 magazines a typical price? Thanks.
  5. Thanks. I have ordered one from Gun Broker. The problem with these mags as it is "hit and miss" on whether or not they will work with the Police 6 Ingram. Someone stated that about 50% will work.
  6. Thanks everyone for the info. I did find a kit online, but I won't purchase it until I get the gun. I am not 100% sure that it is not full auto. It was listed as a M16 A2 model.
  7. Hi: On a somewhat "unrelated" topic: Is it legal under the NFA of 1986 to convert a M16 "3 shot burst" auto to a full auto? Are the kits to do so available? I purchased a M16 A2 in Dec., but I don't have the gun yet as the ATF is reviewing my application. I paid 19K for the M16.
  8. I have purchased a M16 machine gun. I don't have the gun yet as the ATF is reviewing my application. I found thru a little research that M16's only auto fire in "3 round bursts." My question: Can the M16 legally be converted to a full auto? Can the parts be purchased? If yes, will this affect the resale value of the gun?
  9. Hi: Did the "WD-40" soak repair the magazines?
  10. Hi: I just found one on Gun Broker. The problem with these magazines is that they are "hit & miss" on whether or not they will work with the Ingram Police 6 machine gun. The 2 magazines that came with my gun worked. They did not have the arrow on the bottom. I purchased 2 more. One worked and the other did not. Both of the mags that I purchased had the arrows on the bottom. Thanks.
  11. Hi: Does GB stand for Gun Broker? I checked the site yesterday and couldn't find them.
  12. Hi: I am looking for Police 6 Ingram magazines. I believe that they are called M6 magazines. There were different variations of them made. I would prefer the ones that don't have the arrow on the bottom.
