I recently had correspondence to one "Buford Fletcher" (bfletc4320@yahoo.com). I was interested in a non controlled item listed in a forwarded e-mail and this is what he sent me: Please make out the check/money order to Name -Alice Johnson. Address - 312 S Oak St Hallsville T.X 75650. I await your FFL and SOT - This made me suspicious because what I was inquiring about was an upper (non regulated). He also followed up with: Please let me know once it has been mailed Thank you
